タイムゾーン項目の作成：
- 管理画面＞設定＞TimeZoneCalculatorを開く
- Create new Entryでタイムゾーン項目を作成（以下の設定を参照）後、「Insert New TimeZone」をクリック
設定：
- abbr_standard – 標準時の略語（例：JST）
- name_standard- 標準時の名称（例：日本標準時）
- abbr_daylightsaving – サマータイム時の略語（例：CEST）
- name_daylightsaving – サマータイム時の名称（例：Central European Summer Time）
- offset -UTCからの時差（例：日本時間なら「9」）
- daylight_saving_for – サマータイムの設定 – 北半球（northern hemisphere）、南半球（southern hemisphere）、サマータイムなし（no daylight saving at all, eg. japan）
- daylight_saving_for_us_zone – アメリカの場合はここにチェックを入れる
