AppleTransがアップデート！

先日「AppleTransは全然アップデートされる気配が無い」なんて書いたら早速アップデートされて、Universal対応になったぞ！

AppleTransとはなんぞや、という方はこちらをドウゾ。

変更履歴は。。。（翻訳者向けソフトなんで訳さないよん）

• Rebuild the application with a new version number bundled with a revised online manual
• TMX importer now supports reading tag at TU (translation unit) level into Journal accessory
• Added an option in user defaults (PrefsSetCheckSpellingAsYouType) to enable continuous spell checking by default

• Fixed a problem causing unexpected crash during batch translation with a corpus which does not contain the target language
• Fixed a bug not reflecting changes made in Preferences to some corpus accessories
• Fixed a bug rendering some particular part of attributed text in the content in Preview window

CopyPasteの代わり

Macの話です。

OS9の時代から使い続けてきたCopyPasteがたまに挙動がヘンなのとなかなかUniversal化されないのでその代替を探してみた。

希望は：

  • コピー履歴からのペースト
  • 定型文のペースト
  • UniversalもしくはIntelMacネイティブソフト
  • できればフリー

DPSさんとOSX Freewaresさんを拠点に探したところ（お二方ともありがとうございます）、コピー履歴ペースト機能で希望通りのが見つかり、定型文のペーストはいくつか試用した後、結局「ことえり」の単語登録でいくことに決定。
