導入：

• instantupgradeフォルダごとプラグインフォルダに入れて有効化

• ※１：環境によってはWordPressのディレクトリやファイルがサーバによる書き込みを許可するようパーミッションを変更
• ※２：パーミッションの変更無しでアップグレードを実行しても、書き込み権限が無ければアップグレードは停止され、本体には何の影響も及ぼさない
• ※３：パーミッションを変更するディレクトリ、ファイルは
  • WordPressのベースディレクトリ
  • wp-admin/ と wp-includes/ およびそのすべてのサブディレクトリとファイル
  • wp-config.php を除くWordPressのベースディレクトリ内のすべてのファイル
  • instantupgrade内の work/

使い方：

1. 重要：WordPressのファイルやアップロードしたファイルなどすべてのファイルをバックアップ
2. 重要：WordPressのデータベースファイルをバックアップ（WordPress Database Backupがいいでしょう）
3. 管理画面＞管理＞InstantUpgradeで、最新バージョンにアップグレードするには「The latest and greatest WordPress ever, please.」にチェックマークが入っていることを確認し、それ以外のババージョンにアップデートするには「A different one, please – namely version」にチェックマークを入れてその横にバージョン番号を入力（例：2.0.9）
4. Upgrade my WordPress!をクリック

備考：

• ローカル（Mac OS X、MAMP）とDreamHostではパーミッションを変更しなくてもアップグレードに成功した。
