導入： 解凍して「post2page」フォルダごとプラグインフォルダへ入れて有効化
使い方： 投稿編集画面右側サイドバーの「Post2Page」チェックボックスにチェックを入れて保存をクリック。投稿が『管理画面＞管理＞投稿』から『管理画面＞管理＞ページ』に移動する。
備考：
- 注意：ローカルで試したところWordPress 2.1だと投稿が消えてしまいました（データベースをいじれば復活できましたが、、）
- このプラグインでは変換した固定ページを通常の投稿には戻せません（データベースをいじれば可能とは思います）
- プラグインを無効化しても変換した固定ページは通常の投稿にもどりません
