導入：

1. プラグインフォルダにdbmanagerフォルダを入れる
2. プラグイン管理画面でWP-DBManagerを有効化
3. wp-content/backup-dbフォルダ（プラグインを有効化すると自動的に作成される。無ければ自分で作成）に.htaccessを入れる

使い方：（とりあえずバックアップと復元の仕方）

・バックアップ 

1. 管理画面の『Database』を開く
2. 『Backup DB』を開き、一番下の「Backup」をクリック
3. 上部に「Database Backed Up Successfully〜」と表示されれば成功。バックアップファイルがwp-content/backup-dbに保存されているはず

・復元

1. 『Manage Backup DB』を開く
2. 右端の「Select」から復元させるバックアップを選択
3. 下の『Restore』ボタンをクリック

備考：

• 日本語版：WP-DBManager 日本語版 « MMRT daily life
• ローカルで試したときは「GZIP Database Backup File?」で「Yes」を選択しないとバックアップに失敗した。
